Lease & Renewal Tracking

Can tenants upload documents like proof of insurance?

Not yet — tenants cannot upload documents to the portal today, though it is coming soon. Proof of insurance, and anything else you collect from residents, still arrives by email and is filed on your side. The one document flow that does work is the other direction: the executed lease is filed automatically and visible to the tenant in the portal.

What documents can tenants access in the portal?

The lease document is what tenants can open in the portal today, along with their renewal history and their financial record of charges and payments. It is deliberately narrow: the portal holds the tenancy's own documents rather than being a general file share. Uploading documents in the other direction is not available yet.
