Can each property entity be billed directly for its own transactional usage?

Yes — in your billing settings you can have property entities billed directly for the transactional fees they generate, such as credit applications, leases and payment processing. That keeps each entity carrying its own costs, which matters when you manage for third-party owners and cannot reasonably absorb their screening and payment fees centrally. The per-unit subscription and the transactional usage can therefore be settled through different arrangements.
