Engineering
Help build Kompas as a senior engineer in a full TypeScript stack: Next.js, Express, PostgreSQL and AWS. Drive technical decisions with full autonomy, reporting directly to the CTO. $110K–$130K plus ESOP.
Customer Success
Be our first customer success hire. Lead onboarding, support and account management for Kompas customers, working directly with the CEO. A role for a CPA who loves working with people.
Finance & Operations
Be the accounting expert our customers turn to: reconciliations, chart-of-accounts setup and entries that won’t behave. Real accounting work, about 70% of your day. $80,000, hybrid in Montreal.
Sales
Be the first person a prospect talks to at Kompas. Find the right real estate owners and operators, get them on the phone and book demos. An early-career role with a path into sales leadership.
Marketing
Write it. Design it. Ship it. All three, by you. Own Kompas content across LinkedIn, the blog and email, and the design that goes with it, with a real budget for tools and training.
